Google Analytics is used to measure how the site is used only if the visitor selects "Accept" on the cookie banner. When "Reject" is selected, or before any choice is made, the Google Analytics code is not loaded on the page at all and the Google Analytics cookies below are not set.

What is measured once consent is given: the pages visited, the language the site is viewed in (Turkish or English), clicks on the purchase button, completed registrations, and the product and amount of completed payments. Names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and payment card details are not sent to Google Analytics. Google Analytics itself collects technical information such as the browser, device type and approximate location.

Cookies and browser storage used:

• _ga (Google Analytics) — a random identifier used to distinguish the visitor on later visits. Duration: Google sets 2 years; browsers such as Chrome cap it at 400 days.
• _ga_3RXWSLVDPN (Google Analytics) — keeps the session state of the visit. Duration: Google sets 2 years; browsers such as Chrome cap it at 400 days.
• cf-cerez-onay (Candle Flix) — remembers whether you chose "Accept" or "Reject", so the banner does not ask again. Duration: 1 year.
• cf_ga_kayit (Candle Flix) — sends the registration measurement once when a new account is created; it carries no identifying information and is never set if "Reject" was chosen. Duration: at most 10 minutes.
• cf-ga-satin:… (Candle Flix, browser storage) — prevents the same payment from being measured twice; set only if consent was given. Duration: until browser data is cleared.

How to reject: select "Reject" on the cookie banner shown at the bottom of the site. To change your decision later, use the "Change cookie preference" button on this page; when you withdraw consent, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted from your browser. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

The third-party service below is also loaded only if "Accept" is selected on the cookie banner. When "Reject" is selected, or before any choice is made, its code is not loaded on the page and the cookies below are not set.

• Chatbase (chat bubble) — the support chat in the bottom right corner. When loaded it sets the chatbase_anon_id cookie on the site's domain (to distinguish the chat session, until the browser is closed) and connects to Chatbase servers; Chatbase's infrastructure provider Cloudflare sets the __cf_bm cookie on backend.chatbase.co (bot protection, 30 minutes). Messages you type into the chat are sent to Chatbase. Without consent the chat can be opened in a new tab at chatbase.co. It is never loaded on the payment and administration pages.
• The homepage intro video is not a third-party service: the video and its cover image are served from the site's own server, use no cookies or browser storage, and connect to no other server. It therefore does not depend on consent.
• When you withdraw consent, the chat bubble is removed from the page and the chatbase_anon_id cookie is deleted.
